Hampton Court Business Park

• RPIL has developed the state-of-the-art Hampton Court Business Park on 43 acres in Ludhiana on the Chandigarh-Ludhiana National Highway (NH-05).
• Industrial Park with approximately 82 green industries already commencing their operations.

Hampton Homes

• Hampton Homes consisting of 1132 apartments eligible for benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, under Affordable Housing Scheme. This project is approved as echo-friendly by IFC of the World Bank.
• Amenities such as Gym, Club Area with indoor games, Saloon, Dry cleaners, and laundry services, on-site ambulance for medical emergencies, on-site Dispensary, Pharmacy, Sports facilities which will include Swimming Pool, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Basketball and Cricket.

Narayana School @ Hampton Court Business Park

The hospital project is under construction in collaboration with Dr Devi Shetty’s Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd.

Have signed recently for 2 Hotels to be built in Hampton Estates with IHCL for their Gateway & Ginger Brands.
